Vacuum Heat Treatment Furnace

Vacuum high-temperature sintering heat treatment for various cemented carbides, ceramic materials, magnetic materials, and rare refractory metal materials. Continuous processing for degreasing, degassing, and sintering of cemented carbides and non-oxide ceramic materials. Vacuum brazing and outgassing processes for electrovacuum devices such as vacuum switches, microwave tubes, vacuum relays, traveling-wave tubes, and others. Various temperature tempering heat treatment processes under vacuum or in an atmosphere filled with inert gases or reducing gases, suitable for components made of various alloy steels, stainless steels, and other materials. Vacuum quenching and tempering heat treatment processes for materials such as high-speed tool steels, carbon tool steels, measuring and cutting tool steels, and die steels; also applicable to the vacuum dehydroxylation process for quartz materials. Widely used in fields including the electronics industry, aerospace, heat treatment, powder metallurgy, magnetic materials, and more.

Vacuum Dehydroxylation Furnace

Applied in the quartz glass lighting fixture industry, it is suitable for removing hydroxyl groups from lamps produced by the reduction method.

Vacuum Sintering Furnace

Applicable to the fields of mechanical manufacturing, aerospace, electron vacuum technology, and heat treatment; it can perform annealing treatments on materials such as copper, titanium, tungsten, molybdenum, aluminum foil, high-speed steel, stainless steel, Monel alloy, and Permalloy, as well as sintering and brazing processes for various electron vacuum devices.

Vacuum Sintering Furnace for Semiconductors

The new-generation tubular vacuum sintering furnace is primarily used for the sintering processes of semiconductor components and power rectifier devices. It can perform vacuum sintering, gas-protected sintering, and conventional sintering. As a novel piece of process equipment in the series of semiconductor-specific machinery, it features innovative design concepts, convenient operation, and a compact structure. This single unit can complete multiple process steps, and it can also be applied to other fields such as vacuum heat treatment and vacuum brazing. The equipment is available in single-station, dual-station, and multi-station configurations.

Hydrogen furnace

Gas-Protected Multi-Purpose Furnace This equipment can meet the process requirements for reduction, sintering, annealing, and surface treatment of materials such as cemented carbides, ceramic materials, magnetic materials, and rare refractory metals in hydrogen or forming gas atmospheres. It is used for sintering certain refractory metals under hydrogen protection. It is employed for brazing materials that undergo evaporation in high-temperature vacuum environments. It is suitable for the reduction, sintering, and shaping of powder materials. It can also meet the needs of ceramic metallization. Widely applied in fields such as aerospace, heat treatment, powder metallurgy, and magnetic materials.

Hydrogen Burner (Muffle Furnace)

This equipment is a tubular resistance heating furnace with automatic temperature control, suitable for heat treatment processes such as sintering and annealing of large workpieces in hydrogen gas.
