Procurement Specialist of Photovoltaic Semiconductor for Automation Equipment
Job responsibilities:
1. Make purchase plans according to sales orders and inventory turnover;
2. According to the purchase plan and purchase process, complete the purchase task through inquiry and price comparison, price negotiation, purchase execution, etc;
3. Develop suppliers, maintain purchase agreements, and maintain supplier relationships according to purchase requirements;
4. Control the procurement cost in the procurement implementation through market analysis, supplier evaluation, price negotiation and other links;
5. Be responsible for the preparation, verification and filing of procurement contracts; Be responsible for the release of purchase orders and the tracking, coordination and communication of order progress, and give an early warning in case of abnormal conditions;
6. Be responsible for effective evaluation of suppliers, sorting and archiving of supplier data, and establishment of supplier directory;
7. Assist the Quality Department to collect, feed back and sort out the quality information of purchased products, and deal with nonconforming products.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above;
2. More than 3 years working experience in the same position.
