Electrical R&D Manager
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics, and related fields;
2. 5-10 years of experience in electrical research and development in the same industry as photovoltaics and semiconductors, with over 3 years of team management experience;
3. Proficient in PLC control principles and servo system control principles, with independent project development experience;
4. Strong communication and coordination skills, leadership skills, and stress resistance, with strong self motivation.
