Features of the Vacuum Dehydroxylation Furnace

The furnace liner should be made of a material that is appropriately selected; for the thermal zone insulation layer, either all-metal or graphite materials can be chosen to meet the requirements of the dehydroxylation process.
The appropriate vacuum level can be determined according to user requirements, ensuring that the hydroxyl content in the quartz tube is less than 1 ppm.
The vacuum system is equipped with a low-temperature fluorocarbon cold trap that can reach temperatures as low as -20℃, effectively preventing oil backflow and ensuring the cleanliness of the vacuum chamber.
A unique external circulation rapid cooling system ensures high operational efficiency of the equipment.
The entire process control is implemented by a programmable logic controller (PLC). All operations are equipped with interlocking protection, and users can choose between manual or automatic operation modes.
And equipped with reliable alarm and protection measures.
