Vacuum soldering furnaces are a new type of equipment that performs void‑free soldering under vacuum conditions, suitable for mass production. Using this equipment, the area affected by voids in the soldering process can be reduced to 2%, while the typical reflow soldering area is around 20%. Permitted gases include nitrogen, hydrogen, and nitrogen‑hydrogen mixtures. This equipment also allows for trace amounts of flux and soldering processes with minimal voids. The equipment can be equipped with HCOOH chemical activation to achieve a higher level of cleanliness in the soldering process, and even lead‑free solder paste or solder sheets can be used without additional flux. The control system uses an industrial computer and PLC as the main control unit, and a temperature control module as the temperature‑control execution unit. It employs a touch‑screen industrial display. Human‑machine interface with complete alarm functions to ensure stable and controllable process.

Process temperature can reach 450℃, heating plate surface temperature detection accuracy is ±2℃ at full load, and product temperature accuracy inside the container is ±5℃

The vacuum reflow process area consists of multi‑layer heating plates, each capable of holding a workpiece up to 100mm high, with a maximum load of 18KG.
The working chamber vacuum degree can reach 10‑4 Pa, and can be customized according to user requirements, up to a maximum vacuum degree of 10‑4 Pa.

Main advantage

The working chamber has multiple layers of heating plates, which integrate heating and cooling functions. The temperature of each layer of heating plate can be controlled independently for different processes.
The outer edge of the heating plate has a compensating heating function, which can achieve excellent temperature uniformity of the heating plate. The heating plate surface temperature detection accuracy is ±2℃ at full load, and product temperature accuracy inside the container is ±5℃.
After using this equipment, the welding area affected by voids can be reduced to as low as 2%, while the range of voids in general reflow welding is about 20%.
The equipment operates stably, uniformly, and reliably; the equipment has complete functions such as temperature control system, gas control system, alarm and emergency handling system.
